shopping centers helpful staff perfect bonus
i found the location perfect for shopping centers nearby. the staff helped with anything i needed and were kind. i enjoyed the spa too and it was a perfect bonus after shopping. the hotel also had a very clean and modern look.

The room was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable (both the main bed and sofa bed). Breakfast offered smoked salmon and guacamole. Dinner was also good.

The location near the tram stop suited my needs. The tram provided easy access to transportation.
I found some issues. The advertised 24-hour room service was unavailable when I tried to order food late at night. My breakfast cost £19 but included limited options. It did not justify the price.

barely cooled fridge old food
The staff were quite helpful at check-in. (It was quick, at least.)
The room's fridge barely cooled anything. I wouldn't risk keeping anything perishable in it. I discovered a bag of old food under the bedwith clearly been there for some time. I think they missed that during cleaning.

The location offered superb access to both train and tram lines. I found the proximity to public transportation particularly convenient for exploring. Staff members were cute and efficient. I particularly valued their assistance with directions.

i found the staff efficient and friendly. the room was clean and fresh. the hotel is near train and tram lines. access into the city centre is very simple.
i found the parking charges a little high even with membership.
