i found the location perfect for shopping centers nearby. the staff helped with anything i needed and were kind. i enjoyed the spa too and it was a perfect bonus after shopping. the hotel also had a very clean and modern look.

I found some issues. The advertised 24-hour room service was unavailable when I tried to order food late at night. My breakfast cost £19 but included limited options. It did not justify the price.

The staff were quite helpful at check-in. (It was quick, at least.)
The room's fridge barely cooled anything. I wouldn't risk keeping anything perishable in it. I discovered a bag of old food under the bedwith clearly been there for some time. I think they missed that during cleaning.
